Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit along with limited request metadata needed to protect and operate the service. Optional website analytics run only after you consent.

How it is used

We use submitted information to respond, qualify the requested work, secure the website, and maintain an auditable business record. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Service providers

Cloudflare supports delivery and abuse protection, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form, and Google Analytics may measure site use after consent. These providers process only the information needed for those functions under their own terms.

Droco Core SMS

Droco LLC operates Droco Core SMS. When you choose SMS, we record your name, email, mobile number, consent wording and version, submission time, and program terms acknowledgement in Core for enrollment review and evidence. Providing a number alone does not enroll you. We use this information for customer support, account and service updates, and relevant operational alerts after enrollment is confirmed. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio and delivery providers process the information needed to operate the messaging service. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the signup form. We retain consent and opt-out evidence as needed to honor your choices and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Sensitive information

Do not submit patient information, credentials, financial account numbers, export- controlled material, or other regulated records through public forms. We establish an approved data path before reviewing sensitive data.
