Droco Core SMS Terms

Droco LLC operates the Droco Core SMS program for customer support, account and service updates, and operational alerts relevant to a recipient’s services or authorized operator role. This program covers Droco Core communications; it does not enroll you in messages from other organizations.

Your choice and enrollment

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Request enrollment using the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on our signup form. We record your request and review it before confirming enrollment. Providing a phone number without selecting SMS consent does not enroll you. This program does not include promotional marketing messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your support requests, account activity and applicable service events. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s charges depend on your mobile plan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you subsequently choose to re-enroll. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Use email for enrollment questions, changes to your number, or requests that need a human response.

Delivery and appropriate use

SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not an emergency service. Do not send passwords, patient records, financial account numbers or other sensitive information by SMS. Receiving an operational alert does not grant access to any system or authorize an action.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, retention and service providers. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process the information needed to operate and deliver the messaging service.
